Report a Problem

This form is for issues which do not rise to the level of crime and are not of a time sensitive nature. Report issues such as: vandalism at public parks and facilities, street sign that is down but not blocking the road, potholes, weeds in a detention basin, or water smell/taste issues. For emergent hazards and crimes, call the Aumsville Police Department at 503-749-2188. For an odor complaint related to the recycling facility, call City Hall at 503-749-2030.

Note: Information provided on this request maybe subject to public disclosure under ORS 192.410 – 192.505. You may remain anonymous however the City of Aumsville reserves the right to take no action in that event.

After hours contact is only for major emergencies such as a broken water main. This number is police dispatch after hours, they will collect your information and contact Public Works.

Shut-offs will not be reconnected until the next business day.

For non-emergency concerns, call the regular Public Works number above and leave a message. Someone will contact you within two business days.
