I got a ticket, now what?
Traffic citations can be handled in a few ways:
- By mail, following the instructions on the citation; or
- With the clerk at Aumsville Police Department; or
- By entering a no contest plea by paying the citation online; or
- By appearing in court at the time set for arraignment on the face of your citation.

Aumsville Municipal Court meets twice a month, on Tuesday mornings. Your scheduled court date is on your ticket. If you are unable to make that court date, call the Aumsville Police Department and the Court Clerk will discuss your options.
Please fully read your ticket. The Marion County Court is located on Aumsville Hwy. This is not the Aumsville Municipal Court. The Aumsville Municiple Court is located at 555 Main St. in Aumsville.
