PUBLIC NOTICE- MODIFICATION TO SDR

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Aumsville Planning Commission, on Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. will hold a public hearing at the Aumsville Community Center, 555 Main St., Aumsville, OR, on the following:             

APPLICANT:        Mike Flewelling

REQUEST:            Requesting approval of a Site Development Review to change landscaping from the approved to including artificial turf.

LOCATION:          9991 Puma Street, Aumsville, OR.

CRITERIA:            The Development Code ADO 21.06

Persons wishing to speak for or against the request may appear in person or by video conference. Written comments may be submitted to the City of Aumsville at 595 Main Street, Aumsville Oregon, 97325.

The documents and criteria are available for inspection at City Hall. A copy will be provided at reasonable cost. The Planning Commission staff report will be available for inspection on September 16th at no cost, and a copy will be provided at reasonable cost.
