Summary
The purpose of this ordinance is to prevent backroom gambling operations in private businesses or clubs. This does not prevent social gaming activities in homes, or by charitable or fraternal organizations. For more information read the attached ORD or email the City Administrator. Repeals and replaces Ord. 311.
