PUBLIC NOTICE - Aumsville Budget Committee Meeting
NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETINGS
The first public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Aumsville, Marion County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 will be held at the Aumsville Community Center, 555 Main Street, Aumsville. The meeting will take place on the 9th day of May, 2023 at 7:00 PM. Budget committee members may join electronically to provide additional capacity for public attendance while maintaining social distancing recommendations. Members of the public are also encouraged to join electronically via Zoom. A link to the meeting is posted to our website at www.aumsville.us/meetings.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive feedback from the public on the budget. Any person may ask questions about and comment on the budget document at this meeting. Written public comments will also be accepted via mail, in the city drop box, or email at tnichols@aumsville.us through 5/09/2022. A copy of the budget may be obtained on or after April 30, 2023 through the city’s website at https://www.aumsville.us/finance. Additional meetings will be scheduled as needed with notification posted in the same manner as Council meetings. We encourage you to appear at the meetings and discuss city finances with the Aumsville Budget Committee.
The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities.
