SITE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW SDR 2021-02

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that A public hearing for Site Development Review for 2 new storage buildings and office addition at 995 Olney St has been set before the Aumsville Planning Commission on Thursday, May 6, 2021. The hearing will be held via Zoom.

As a result of the novel infectious coronavirus (COVID-19) creating a threat to public health and safety, interested parties are advised to provide public input by mail: 595 Main St., Aumsville, OR 97325 or email rcrowther@aumsville.us. For information about how to listen to the hearings or participate by internet or phone, please call City Hall at 503.749.2030 to receive instruction.

A copy of the application, all documents, and evidence submitted by or on behalf of the applicant, and applicable criteria are available for inspection at Aumsville City Hall for free or may be requested at a per copy cost with a public record request form. A copy of the staff report will be available for inspection at no cost at least 7 days prior to the hearing and a copy will be available at a per-copy cost.
