The budget plays a critical role in the continuing operations of the City. Each year, the budget committee and city council convene to authorize the funds that may be expended from July 1 through June 30 of the following year. The budget documents on this page are the culmination of their hard work and input from the community. Proposed and adopted budgets may be viewed at the bottom of this page.
After June 30, the City's financial records and internal processes are reviewed by an independent auditing firm. The resulting financial report is then generated by the firm to aid in communicating the fiscal status of the city. Audited financial statements will be available on or after December 31 following the close of each fiscal year.
