Park Shelter Reservations:
Shelters in Aumsville's parks are available to be reserved. The small shelters are $25 a day for residents inside city limits, $50 a day for non-residents.
The large recreation shelter located at Porter-Boone Park, 1105 Main Street, can be reserved; the rest of the park must remain open to the public. The reservation fee is $60 if you live inside the city limits, or $120 for non-residents. There is an additional $50 refundable deposit for this shelter. If the event happens as planned, the refundable deposit will be issued 5-10 business days after the event.
We require a "Certificate of Insurance" naming the City of Aumsville as an additional insured for the date of the reservation for groups of 50 or more people. See the reservation form for more details.

Mill Creek Park Ballfield Reservation
Teams may apply to use the ballfield at Mill Creek Park, 1110 Main St., March through October for team practices by submitting a Sports Field Usage Request Application (available to download at the bottom of this page.) Use of Aumsville parks/fields is free, however there is a $50 application processing fee for Mill Creek Ballfield Reservations per Aumsville's City Fee Schedule. The application must be received at City Hall by 5:00 PM, January 31st. Applicants will be notified of the schedule in early February.
Anyone wishing to use the ballfield on occasion, not for an ongoing scheduled practice, may submit a usage request anytime. Scheduling of these usage requests will be dependent upon whether the requested date is available.
Other Sports Field Reservations
Aumsville's open spaces are generally not reservable. However, if warranted, certain fields may be "reserved" during certain times at City Administrator discretion. In this case, interested parties must complete the Sports Field Usage Request Application at the bottom of this page.
Community Center Rental

The community center is available to rent for the months of January-November. Reservations are not available during the entire month of December. Applicants are charged by the hour. Residents (within Aumsville city limits) are charged $20/hour, Non-residents are charged $40/hour, and Non-Profit Organizations may be eligible for a discounted rate at the discretion of the City Administrator.
The newly remodeled kitchen is stocked with cooking and serving ware, 100 chairs, and tables to use during the duration of the rental.
Keys for the community center are picked up the day before the event and on Fridays before closing (if the event is on Saturday or Sunday).

- Proof of Homeowners or Renters insurance at the time of application.
