NO. ALL booths must remain open until 6pm on Saturday. Vendors that begin to teardown before 6pm will be subject to denial of future vendor appplications to the Aumsville Corn Festival and other Aumsville events.

Our standard vendor spaces are 12 feet by 12 feet each. Vendors may purchase more than one space as needed, depending on availability. Be sure to review the current year's vendor handbook and application for the most up-to-date information.

The Corn Festival is Saturday only, though there are usually some related events leading up to the Corn Festival, such as Music on Main on Friday evening. Follow the Corn Festival Facebook page to keep an eye out for details.

The Corn Festival officially begins at noon, but many people will begin arriving early so it is best to be prepared for visitors by 11am.

Corn will be sold at Maude's starting at 9am, and the Corn Festival Parade begins at 11am. People often head to the park immediately after the parade ends, which is typically about 11:30am.

Food vendors and vendors using a trailer to bring supplies are required to set up the Friday prior to the event, between 8am and 6pm unless written permission has been provided by staff.

All other vendors have the option of setting up on Friday between 8am and 6pm, or on Saturday between 5am and 10am.

NOTE: Vendors arriving after 10am on the day of the Corn Festival may be denied entry. Pedestrian traffic is heavy by this time, and it likely will not be safe for vehicles to enter the event area at that time.

Corn Festival staff reviews every application prior to approval. Once reviewed, you will receive an email from CornFestival [at] aumsville.us (CornFestival[at]aumsville[dot]us) letting you know if your application was approved, and the total vendor fees due. Payments can be made the following ways:

Cash
In person at City Hall ONLY. Please DO NOT mail cash. See address below.

Check
In person, or by mail to City Hall (see address below). Checks should be written out to City of Aumsville. In the memo line, be sure to write "Corn Festival Vendor" and your business name if it is not already written on the check.

Card/EFT
Online, by phone, or in person at City Hall (see address below). Payments made by card or EFT (electronic funds transfer or e-check) will have a service fee added by the third-party card processing company.

Aumsville City Hall
595 Main Street
Aumsville, OR 97325

If you've looked through the vendor handbook and FAQs on the website and haven't found what you're looking for, we're happy to answer any questions you have! Give us a call at  503-749-2030, stop in at Aumsville City Hall (595 Main Street, Aumsville, OR), or email us at CornFestival [at] aumsville.us (CornFestival[at]aumsville[dot]us )to discuss. We're generally open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, and closed noon-1pm for lunch.

Yes. The City of Aumsville DOES NOT provide any furnishings for vendor booths. Vendors must bring their own tents, tables, chairs, signs, and any other furnishings necessary.

The Corn Festival is located in Porter-Boone Park, at 1105 Main St, Aumsville, OR 97325. The event is held outdoors with limited shade. Because this event is held in August, it is highly recommended that vendors bring a pop-up tent or cover of some kind (and sunscreen) to protect themselves and their products from direct sunlight.
