Get Involved

Volunteers are an essential part of our events and programs. There are many ways that you can participate as a volunteer!

• Help out at our events! There are plenty to choose from, including, but not limited to:
  • Superhero Carnival (June)
  • Corn Festival (August)
  • Summer Program (June - September) Please note: all volunteers who will be working with children must pass a background check prior to volunteering. Download the background check form below and return it to City Hall, or stop by City Hall to fill one out there.
  • Christmas in the Park (December)
• Share your special talent  - crafts, games, historical interpretive programs, or we are always open to new ideas. Give us a call if you have an idea!
• Donate: money, art/craft supplies, snacks, games, etc.

Please join us in making memories for local children: playing in the park and meeting new friends. All volunteers who will be working with children will have to pass a background check prior to volunteering. The form is available at City Hall or download it below.
