Transient Businesses

Here you will find businesses that have applied for a transient business license. These businesses are required to come into City Hall to fill out a Transient Business License Application as well as pay the license fee. Once that is submitted, it is then processed and reviews by City staff and the City Administrator.

Licenses approved, must meet these conditions:

  • Must adhere to all other city ordinances.
  • Must adhere to all state and federal laws.
  • Wear the city issued permit lanyard in a visible location while conducting business.
  • Not approach houses with signs with "no solicitors" or "no trespassing" signs. 

 

We ask these businesses to be courteous to neighbors and to not start conducting their business before 8AM or after 8PM.
