1. Join the Zoom meeting/webinar.
2. In the meeting controls toolbar, tap More.

Desktop App (Windows/MacOS/Linux)

1. Sign into the Zoom desktop app.
2. Join the Zoom meeting/webinar.
3. In the meeting controls toolbar, click Show Captions (CC).
   Captions will automatically appear above the meeting controls toolbar.
4. Optional additional settings: hover over the captions and click the gear icon to change the language and/or appearance of the captions.
