Searching for an Assistant Finance Officer to join our team of outstanding municipal professionals. Position serves with and under the general direction of the City Administrator to carry out the financial operations and accounting functions of the city. Salary $3,396 $4,422, plus benefits. Position performs varied tasks including advanced, technical and administrative fiscal data processing and accounting work; annual audit requirements; and oversees the work of the utility billing clerk. Requires dependability, integrity and humility; considerable experience in accounting procedures and practices; a bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related field, or satisfactory combination of experience and training; and other desirable requirements.
