The Special Transportation Advisory Committee (STAC) for Marion and Polk Counties consists of human service agency representatives, service providers, public transportation users, and local community leaders.  This By-County Committee developed the CARTS program.  "CARTS will provide an infrastructure to assure communities have a say in the determination of local mobility services through the sub-regional coordination committees …for true local planning and shared responsibility for mobility throughout the region."  The committee for CARTS is comprised of senior citizens, people with disabilities, human service agencies, and public and private transportation service providers

In Aumsville, the Canyon Connector is one of those mobility (transportation) services provided for our city.
